The project started from the need to reduce the time between an important event emerging and the right people understanding why it matters.

Rather than creating another passive monitoring tool, Wave built an always-on intelligence layer that evaluates incoming signals and proactively surfaces potential crises, anomalies and important developments. Relevant context can then be delivered directly through channels such as WhatsApp, helping teams recognise situations earlier and respond faster.

Wave translated that concept into product architecture and a scalable platform designed around the way certification needs to operate in the real world.

At the centre of the platform is an analysis layer Wave developed in-house, bringing structured process, submitted evidence and AI-assisted assessment together in one auditable environment. The system is long-term digital infrastructure for publishers, contributors and reviewers, and what began as a certification concept is now the platform behind a broader publishing ecosystem.

The work spans product definition, architecture, engineering and integration, creating a scalable environment where the fund’s operational data and external market intelligence can work together.

Alongside the core platform, Wave built a multi-agent analytical system that brings together market, fundamental, news, sentiment and macroeconomic information. Specialised AI agents analyse that information from different investment perspectives, while a central orchestration layer synthesises signals, risk assessments and recommendations for human review, extending the backoffice from an operational system into a broader decision-support infrastructure.

The engagement started at the structural level, defining how the business model, transaction flows and technology should work together, before moving into engineering and production architecture.

The result is a scalable financial infrastructure designed around secure transaction processing, integration-ready architecture and blockchain capability built into the wider system from the beginning. The project demonstrates Wave’s ability to take a complex financial concept from modelling and architecture through to production-oriented technology.
